With the use of tomes, the arguments against having this trainer have all unlocked skills from all campaigns are baseless.

For 100k or even at a lower price, this trainer should have all unlocked skills at all times.

A level 1 player freshly started should be able to go to the guild hall and buy whatever skill he has unlocked. The natural cap to what he can get will be his available skill points, so it isnt unbalancing anything at all, since he could just as easily spend 20k and get the same thing without using any skill points with a bunch of tomes.

/signed for having all unlock skills from the start.

I agree. This would make the GH skill trainer useful for more than what he currently is; the ability to buy a sig of cap quickly.

As long as it would still require you to unlock the skills first
/signe

Though I have found the skill trainer to be very useful for acquiring cap sigs...

/signed for getting unlocked skills.... can unlock at priest then buy from the overpriced-by-far-no-use-skill-trainer

Use tomes yes but in some cases this is easier and many would use. No need to wait to find a tome....

Core skills only on this guy for his prices sucks ****s to be honest and I was gutted when I bought it - tho the money was easy to come by then with ettin farming runes to easy....

That sort of defeats the purpose of getting people ready for PvP battles. Ooooh look, I can buy every skill that I already have!

Why would it be an issue? Any skill unlocked is automatically available on a PvP-only character. You can tome it up, which is actually cheaper than buying it outright most of the time, to boot - in fact, the GH Skill Trainer is far, far behind because tomes are well in circulation.

That is not 100k worth.
It should sell any skill unlocked and available for that account, provided you own the necesary campaing.
We also pay:
-10k for a storage (ok).
-50k for a dye trader
-200k for material traders
-25k for a rune trader
-50k for a scroll trader
-10k for a priest of balthazar
-25k for a general merchant
-10k for a weaponsmith who can only customise weapons
-10k for a guild emblemer
-10k for a cantham ambassador so we can choose another GH
-10k for a festival hat keeper

(total: 510k for stuff we can mostly get at Lions Arch / Kaineng / Kamadan)

-The materials traders should always have every material in stock (unlike normal material traders).
-The rune trader should always have every rune in stock (unlike normal rune traders).
-The skill trader should have all unlocked skills (including signet of capture but not elites).
-The weaponsmith should also craft all the normal crafter skins depending on what campaign yourve got unlocked. (They have no mods etc, come with inscription slot, sounds bad idea to me but yeah, lol - increase his cost).
